The opening scene after what seemed like 20 minutes of previews, was music to my ears. Optimus Prime’s thundering voice chimes in and explains a brief but informative history of the world the Autobots and Decepticons called Cybertron. A cube of ultimate power is shown and we learn that it is called the “Allspark”. The Allspark made it’s way to earth and has been there for quite some time.

This is the United States of America. We have a document that has survived in this country for the past 200+ years. It is called the U.S. Constitution.

It allows us to think what we want, to say what we want and to do what we want within the country's applicable laws. For someone to come along and tell us that someone they don't even know on a personal level is infecting the minds of people is beyond ridiculous.

There is no right or justification in trying to shadow or censor a person's beliefs. Darlene Hamilton seems to be the type of person who thinks it is necessary to destroy or hinder in a way, someone's opinion.

Jedi Master and follower of the Living Force

Hello again fellow Lucasites! Time for another dose of WAMPA! I bring you information and stories of one of the great jedis to have ever wielded a lightsaber. Qui-Gon Jinn was his name and I say was, because while he had led a life in the Light Side, and had become a master of Form IV Lightsaber combat, a style by the name of Ataru. Wide spaces and large swinging arcs, along with defying acrobatics are what defines this particular style. Qui-Gon had met his fate by the hands of an Iridian by the name of Darth Maul, a self proclaimed Sith. Obi-Wan had defeated Darth Maul, as we all know, but who knows if the battle had not turned out differently if Qui-Gon had not kept going with Form II combat, known as Makashi. This was the form that Jedi Master Yoda had taught to Qui-Gon when he was a padawan.

Hey all you Wampa fans out there! I am posting this week's WAMPA, in lieu of my Birthday! It is my 32nd, and I am actually at home right now on vacation and have been for the past 5 days. This week I am highlighting the careers of all of the major Commanders who had a role in the shaping of the future of the Stormtroopers that we all know today.

Cody, Bacara, Bly, Gree, Neyo and Thire. All products of the specialized ARC training, immersed in highly intensive scenarios and situations to heighten their awareness and senses in battle. This led to all of them being the driving forces behind the destruction of the CIS and Seperatist Forces that tried to invade and conquer the Old Republic.

Hey all, I know it has been quite a while....since my last Wampa post. I am back!!! Freshly thawed from the Carbonite that had me bound for what seemed like an eternity. My topic, if you haven't figured it out this week is going to be one of my favorite Star Wars personalities....Han Solo! Scoundrel to some, Smuggler to all....and long time holder of the Kessel Run record across the entire Galactic Empire! He has outrun large starships, and not the Correlian Bulk cruisers mind you, I am talking Imperial Star Destroyers.

Alrighty folks, fresh from the Vaparators, straight to your plate….it’s another heaping helping of Wampa Wednesdays! This week we embark into an era long gone by in the Star Wars Universe, The Galactic Era! In a time when the edges were a bit rougher, the shine of the stars were a bit less lackluster, and the droids weren’t as polished and well kept as they had been.

We all know what transpired during the Galactic Era for the most part. We all know that Luke, Leia and Han Solo saved the galaxy along with the Rebel Alliance and a man once known as Anakin Skywalker, who I felt truly brought balance to the force the day he throttled the Emperor into that deep, cold chasm.

Hey all, I am finally getting a chance to run the next post of Wampa! This week I am going to get a bit of help from my favorite site....www.starwars.com. I first am going to recount what I remember reading and hearing as I was growing up following the coolest and most collected bad guy in the Star Wars Universe, next to Darth Vader that is.

Boba Fett. He is going to be the topic of this week's post. I remember when I saw him for the first time in Empire, nothing was written about him. He was very mysterious, and actually it was about 5 to 7 years before he even had any other name than Boba Fett. He was known at one time as Jaster Mereel, but this was not his name originally. This was the name of a former Journeyman Protector of Concord Dawn. Jaster was associated and hailed from Mandalore, a planet in the Outer Rim Territory.

Hey Everyone!

Sorry for the lapse in posting...I have been a bit busy. Just picked up WoW (World of Warcraft) for those of you who don't know. I thought about doing a personal review of one of my favorite Star Wars games of all time. Battlefront II for PS2. It is the ultimate Star Wars Universe games.

It allows you to play as all factions from the ever-popular Republic (Clonetroopers), The Rebellion (Rebels), and it also covers both the Republic Era and The Galactic Era (Luke and the Gang). It has many different modes along with Online Multiplayer mode. The best campaign to play IMHO would have to be Rise of the Empire. This Campaign, albeit 1 or 2 Players takes you through the history of the 501st Legion of clonetroopers that grow and evolve into the Stormtroopers that we know and love.

WAMPA! #3 - The Light Side or The Dark Side?

Alright, sorry about the absence of Wampa Wednesdays last week, but I had a lot on my platter as most of you might have heard. I was scammed on an internet deal for a DELL Laptop. I lost myself $800 to some guy over in England. Definitely not too happy about it, but, hey, life goes on. I am definitely getting something on here this week!

The subject of Wampa Wednesdays this week will be your personal affliction towards either the Light Side or the Dark Side. I am waiting to see what the tally will be; as it is a hard decision. I know it is with me, because while I like the Light Side, I do also like the Dark Side. Now, I don't want a bunch of wishy-washy replies that say, "I like both.” I actually want reasons backing up your choice and why it is you like that specific side of the force. On another point, I also want to know what you would do with that chosen side of said force.

Thanks to Rich and everyone else at www.wylfwt.com for letting me be a part of this awesome and fun site! Well, I have to say it was one hell of a ride! A 28 year journey that left some happy, some sad, and many wanting more. I am personally geek'd to see what the continuation of the animated Clone Wars series is going to bring us. Obviously going deeper into the war that tore apart the Republic, destroyed the Jedi Order and brought about the birth of the Galactic Empire that we all love to hate...to love.

With that said, I want to open the floor to all of you by asking some questions here. Our great and fair moderator could possibly compile into a poll later on, or I can use all of this as a basis for a future edition. Here are the choices:

Hello all from the Land of Lucas. This is a first in a hopefully long line of posts from farranheit911, who is and always will be a very proud and knowledgeable Star Wars Geek!

I am entitling my posts Wampa Wednesday!, which you guessed it will be on Wednesday. This will be as regular as "I've got a bad feeling about this" in a Star Wars movie. If anyone wants to suggest topics, the more the merrier!

My first topic is going to come out of the gate strong. The constant and never-ending battle between fans of the Original Trilogy, and fans of the Prequel Trilogy. Now myself, I am proud to admit that I am what I like to call a Saga fan.

I like/love the PT, but have unyielding love for the OT. I have been fortunate enough to have been present at every Original Theatrical Release from 1977 - 2005. I grew up with Luke, Leia, Han Chewie, Obi-Wan and Darth Vader. An extended family that anyone should be lucky enough to have, IMHO.
