RJ45 Reviews Every Movie He's Seen in Theatres in 2008

Well, this is something I have been working on all year. It is every movie that I saw in theatres for the year 2008 that were released in the year 2008. This is something I hope to do every year now on WYLFWT.com.

Basically, I review a movie in 5 words or less, with a scale of 5 stars. I will also be doing this movies I saw on TV at home that weren't released in 2008. (You'll love it!)

* and below = Atrocious move. One of the worst films of the year
** Bland movie. Your life will not be effected if you see it or if you don't see it.
**1/2 = Average movie . If you've seen everything else, then pop this in.
*** = Good movie. Worth a view.
***1/2= Really good movie. Check it out.
**** = Great movie. Gotta see it!
****1/2 = AWESOME movie. Why haven't you seen it yet?
****** = Instant Classic!

One Missed Call **1/2 - One average film.

Mad Money ** - Madly stupid and asinine.

Rambo **1/2 - Not enough awesome Rambo moments.

Untraceable ** - Substandard "torture porn"

The Eye **1/2 - YARR! Decent thriller! YARR!

25 Things We Learned From Eagle Eye

Last Friday, I saw the film Eagle Eye. I am going to tell you this right now, don't fucking see this movie.

I went to go see this movie based off of a few things:

- Shia LeBeauf is one of my favorite new actors to break out in the past couple of years. He was great in Transformers, and took what would have been just an average movie in Disturbia and turned it into something worth watching.

- I was interested in seeing Billy Bob Thorton do something than being the usual middle-aged sleasy alcoholic that he generally plays.

- The trailers looked intriguing. (Yeah, I know! They are supposed to look intriguing!)

- Steven Spielberg was attached to the movie.

So, I saw that it had potential. I don't like to read critic reviews of movies before I see them because I don't want them to cloud my judgement. In retrospect, I probably should have checked them out.

- I love picking out cult movies to watch. So, you'll see some of those here.
- I love horror flicks.
- I also love kids movies (I know, such extremes)

Evil Dead II (1987) *** - A hilarious good time.

Army of Darkness: Evil Dead III (1993) ***** - Classic. This is my boomstick!
