Whatever Happened to the Playstation?

Okay, sooooo, I play WoW. One might think I am one of those computer gamers if I am addicted to an MMO, right?

No so. Most here know my roots and heart still lie with the trusty, and strictly made for video games, console games. Mostly Playstation seeing as it brought me much more RPGs, which is my thing.

But what ever happened to me playing Playstation for hours? (Pictures inside!)

I used to stay up till 5 am trying to defeat Ultimate Weapon... and then, one day, I find myself without a Playstation plugged into my TV.

I think I can honestly clock a year since I actually played a Playstation game. What was it? Shadow of Destiny!? WTF?

Maybe I'm getting old, or maybe there just isn't as many quality RPGs or video games. Hell the last game I remember obsessing over was Gran Theft Auto 3. I played the others, but it was like the same car, with new leather seats... then the same car with not only new leather seats but fuzzy dice. They were fun, but not mind grabbing.... I don't know.

I guess the socialness has gotten to me as I got older. The idea of playing till 5am with other people is a bit more interesting then with myself and my mountain dew.

Maybe one of these days I'll forgive my Playstation for kidnapping me and dust her off for some Chrono Trigger fun.
