Cocaine stained nose, the cons killing pros
everything dirty smiles wide, both ears closed
to voices of reason in a soul comfortably bare
an old broken chair holding a seat for despair,
fire burns inside bloodshot eyes wanting more
mirror's glass covered in a light snowfall score
time passing by invisibly, voicemails turning stale
in need of another gram presented on a golden scale,
a hopeless heart denying sleep from the old moon
the dollar bill unrolls and folds, it is over far too soon
addiction is a wonderful thing to feed for infinity
until these pockets are emtpy and no one will look at me.
