Intensity bestows the silence left
Ripping away the notion of existence
Emptiness envelopes with heartless theft
Leaving behind an endless distance

Besieged my spirit slowly till death
Waking in terror but living the dream
Escaped with only my shell and my breath
Accepting some fault for my soul was unclean

Extracting light from the deepest cleft
Pulling up and out of the infinite abyss
Infinitely ascending but forever bereft
Nefarious entities assuring their sinister kiss
